Training and data porting event on “MATSYA BAIBHAV” and web portal organized for the District level officers of Fishery Department, Govt. of Assam on 26th November, 2021 at NIC Assam.

A training-cum-data porting event was organized in NIC Assam with the district level officials of Kamrup, Kamrup(M), Morigaon and Nalbari of Fishery department who brought actual data from field with the mobile App “MATSYA BAIBHAV” for testing purpose.

During the training-cum-discussion, all data from Nalbari and few data from Morigaon were ported to the server successfully. However, data collected by Kamrup and Kamrup(M) have been kept storing offline for future use.

Suggestion and feedback from the users have taken for enhancement of the App in the next version.

All technical tips on how to use the App properly have been given to the users for collection of data accurately.

It was also decided that these officials of Kamrup, Kamrup(M), Morigaon and Nalbari will act as master trainer in rolling out the App across the state.
