A user can add a new beneficiary/community by clicking on the ‘ADD NEW’ button at home or from the menu. The menu appears when right swiped at home or by clicking the three-dashed icon at the top left corner of the app

Click on ‘SAVE & NEXT’

In the next page, click on the camera icon to capture images

Go to each corner (adjacently) of the pond/tank to click images. The thumbnail of the image and the corresponding latitude and longitude of the clicked image will be shown. Click on ‘SAVE’ save the images

After clicking and saving all the images, click 'SAVE & NEXT' to enter the pond details

After all details are filled, go to 'INCOMPLETE ENTRIES', and click on 'UPLOAD TO SERVER' to complete the process

The beneficiary/community list is of three types:

Approved Beneficiaries

Pending Beneficiaries

Rejected Beneficiaries
All the lists can be accessed by clicking on the three different buttons at home or in the menu

It is available at the 'INCOMPLETE ENTRIES' either at home screen or in the menu bar

Click on ‘SAVE’ to save the partially filled form to edit later. However, the pond type and beneficiary name (in case of beneficiary pond) or community name (in case of community tank) should be filled before the entry can be saved as a draft

The drafts can be found in ‘INCOMPLETE ENTRIES’

Yes, an image can be re- captured as long as it is not uploaded to the server. Click on the camera icon to re-capture. The latitude and longitude will be updated as well

Yes. It can be edited as long as it is not uploaded to server

No. Each captured image when saved will be available in the incomplete entries

Yes. After clicking ‘SAVE’ at Beneficiary/Community form, the information will be stored as incomplete entries. Geo-tagging can be done later whenever suitable by the user

The user should log out and log in again, making sure that the phone has an active internet connectivity.

The block list and police station list depend on the district. The village list depends on the blocks. Make sure that the district or block is actually selected(clicked) for the other lists to display.

The user should make sure that the location (GPS) is enabled on the phone
OR
The user should see if all the permissions are enabled for the app
OR
The user should see if the Wi-Fi is turned off
OR
In some cases the user might try un-installing the app and re-installing it again, providing all the permissions before logging in.

WARNING: All the incomplete entries will get deleted when the app is uninstalled

The application gets erased from the ‘Incomplete Entries’.
It will be available at the Pending Beneficiaries till approved by the administrator
It will be available at the Approved Beneficiaries after approved by the administrator

This could occur if the phone lacks internet connection. When connected to internet make a ‘swipe down’ gesture on the Beneficiary/Community List page to refresh the list

State level users are bestowed with the authority to approve or reject entries by District level or Block level users. On the other hand, District level users can approve or reject only the entries made by Block level users. An entry can be approved or rejected by visiting the 'Pending' Beneficiary list and clicking on the 'Approve' or 'Reject' button. If rejected, the user should also mention a reason for rejection in the prompt box that appears

Yes. The corresponding location for a set of lat-long is shown in the map when 'Map' button is clicked on any of the lists

Password can be changed by clicking the 'change password' option from the Menu bar. The user will be logged out after a successful password change. He/She will have to re-login with the new password
