State level users are bestowed with the authority to approve or reject entries by District level or Block level users. On the other hand, District level users can approve or reject only the entries made by Block level users. An entry can be approved or rejected by visiting the 'Pending' Beneficiary list and clicking on the 'Approve' or 'Reject' button. If rejected, the user should also mention a reason for rejection in the prompt box that appears

The user creation begins at the web portal where the users with certain privileges can create district or block level users. The user creation form can be accessed after logging in from Dashboard->Users->User Creation.

The Director of Fishery , Assam, is the primary administrator. He/she can create both the district and the block level users.

The District Fishery Development Officer can only create the block level users of the district he/she is assigned to, respectively.

The different types of beneficiary/community list are:

Ponds Geotagged - shows all of the approved ponds/tank list

Individual Ponds - shows approved individual ponds list
sitemap
Community Ponds - shows approved community tanks list
sitemap
Pending For Approval - shows Geotagged ponds/Tanks list not approved by State/District level officers

Rejected - shows all rejected ponds/tanks list

Geotaged in Current Month
All the lists can be accessed by clicking on the six different buttons at dashboard or in the navbar menu.

The district level user list can be accessed after logging in from Home->User->District Level Users (for State level user only) and the Block Level User list can be accessed after logging in from Home->User->Block Level User (for State and District level user).

The Reports can be accessed from navbar under section Reports

The district view of the dashboard is available only to the state user. It looks the same except, the user is now allowed to pick a particular district.
