Joint Field visit on 8th October,2021 by officials of Fishery Department and NIC Assam for testing the NIC developed mobile App “MATSYA BAIBHAV” by capturing image of assets under “GHARE GHARE PUKHURI GHARE GHARE MAACH” scheme.

A joint field visit to Chandrapur Block under Kamrup(M) District was conducted on 8th October, 2021 to test NIC Assam developed mobile App “MATSYA BAIBHAV”. The team was led by Sri Ajit Bhattacharyya, Scientist-D, NIC Assam and Sri Manoj Das, SDFDO and assisted by block level officials and Sri Debojyoti Sarkar, NIC Assam. During the visit, an extensive study was made and tested the mobile App successfully. The main purpose of the visit was to test the viability of the use of the App in remote area which was attained in the visit. Inputs from Block officials were taken and incorporated the same in next version of the App. Data from approved assets were taken and image were captured. Different possible issues to be faced by users were noted down and resolved accordingly.
